Prices and payment
The unit price is shown next to each item and is expressed in Euros. Currency when the transaction is carried is: Euro. Shipping costs, which are not included in the price are calculated based on the final composition of the second order and the delivery method chosen. The payment of the purchase is made online via Visa or Mastercard.

Shipment of goods
The order is prepared within hours of its submission and the shipment is made around the world via courier to pick up the goods, issuing the consignment note containing the particulars of the consignment. At the same time will receive an e-mail confirming the transaction with the number of charges.

Returns and Refunds
Caffè Morganti S.r.l. grants you the Right of Withdrawal.
You can claim this right within and not later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, under loss of the right itself by sending.

How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the above mentioned terms.
Alternatively and always within the same terms, you can also send a fax or an e-mail. In this case, however, you must confirm the cancellation of the order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours.

The goods must be returned, in their original condition, within and not later than 10 working days from the date you received them (mentioned in the courier delivery note copy given to you together with the goods themselves) to the following address:

According to the mentioned Italian Legislative Decree 185/99, Caffè Morganti S.r.l. will refund you the sum payed deducting delivery and other accessory costs, within the terms of law, the sum paid for the goods minus the sum paid for shipping costs and duties.
