Back in 1890 Romeo Morganti, descendant of a family of spice sellers began to be interested in coffee production and decided to study a particular system able to roast it industrially.

In fact at that time coffee was not as wide as nowadays, we sold it raw because every single buyer used to roast it with little roasters. And so Romeo designed and built one of the first roasting machine.

This was the beginning of the revolutionary process of the coffee market. With this incredible invention, the first roasting company Morganti was born and has improved its activity for four generations.

Since then CAFFE ' MORGANTI has expanded up to now, adding modern production systems to craftmanslike attention which has always distinguished it, making the production of unique coffee blends possible.
